We don’t always sell homes the day after an open house. But in the case of old Evaline — the four-bed, 3.5-bath East End Victorian featured on the April 30, 2017 pilot episode of Steel City Rehab — that’s exactly what happened. Complete with a glass garage door in the kitchen, custom mantels and a bathroom vanity by local woodworker John Malecki, and one fine master suite (flaunting a sliding pocket door we found hidden in the house, no less), we’re pegging this place as our favorite to date.
To prep for its public debut, we brought in Abode‘s ultratalented home stagers and designers — headed by founder and creative director Heather Visnesky — to lend us a hand with the furnishings.
This sweet space may’ve been scooped up by one lucky buyer, but don’t worry — we’ve got plenty more in the works. (Fourteen more at present, to be exact.) Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to discover our newest properties first.
